Oenotri serves southern-Italian cuisine in the heart of the famed Napa Valley, with a daily-changing menu of rustic dishes built around the freshest local product available. Opened in 2010, Oenotri is reflective of a passion for handcrafted food, offering a menu with more than 20 different types of house-made salumi, an array of handmade fresh pasta, exclusive olive oil sourced from  Napa Valley, breads made in-house daily, and a variety of produce sourced from our own farm.

Oenotri is committed to Italian traditions. Our pizzas are baked in a 100-percent wood-burning oven, imported from Italy, and many of our salumi recipes were learned firsthand in Italy from artisans who have been practicing their craft for generations.

Though situated in the epicenter of California’s most esteemed wine region, Oenotri’s wine list features a huge selection of the most sought after Italian wines from famous producers and small winemaking families alike, balanced by an exceptional selection of Napa Valley wines that are only available to a restaurant with such deep wine country roots.

Though our passion is Italian, Oenotri is equally committed to local, handcrafted production. We source from local farms and our own garden for the freshest produce which allows us to change the menu regularly.

Oenotri continues to serve as a favored destination for both Napa Valley locals and visitors alike and has secured its place as an essential component of any wine country itinerary.

Our Garden

As part of the Northern California culinary community, Oenotri is privileged to work with some of the best purveyors of meat, seafood, and produce in the world. Yet from the restaurant’s first days the team had a desire to forge a deeper connection with the local terroir and to create cuisine that fully embodied the seasonal bounty of the Napa Valley.

We regularly source from many local farms, including our own. Andrew Imbach, our head gardner, has maintained and managed our culinary garden for 6+ years. In 2020, Andrew opened his own project, Lone Oak Farms, which is now a regular source for our fresh produce. We also benefit from having a close relationship with Tenbrink Farms. In addition, we have maintained 5+ acres of our own.
